Radio Astronomy Supplies® and HighQ Software Group have developed a very powerful Control and Data Software application, to work with the Radio Astronomy Supplies – 1.4 GHz. Spectracyber® Hydrogen Line, Spectral / Continuum Radio Telescope both new and existing user systems in the field.
The new Spectracyber® RPi program is a Linux version of the software for the Spectracyber® I and II Spectrometer Radio Telescope system. The new software is now compatible with Linux running on a Raspberry Pi microprocessor using Python3, Numpy, Astropy, Tkinter, GUI, Matplotlib, and SQLite. It operates in a standard X-windows State-Of-The-Art environment within a user friendly interface. The SQLite Server is used to keep records on the statistics of the data set scans while the actual data is stored in readable ASCII files to support user access.
